Borderline Personality Disorder In Older People

I'm a 33 year old BPD. I do believe I'm cured as I went through DBT (dialectical behavior therapy) classes but I do have my moments. :) I've become less social as I've gotten older, even now that I don't have the behavior difficulties I once did. I also find that stress brings on what I term "Borderline moments" in me and even if I don't react in the same old ways the urge is there and the anger is there.

I do not want to withdraw completely as I have a fiancé and 2 wonderful kids but I want them and a few choice friends and family to be my entire social life. My social circle has become smaller and smaller as the years have gone by because of all the craziness. I still don't quite trust myself to pick the best kind of people as friends so it takes me a long time to really trust someone. I'd rather just have a few than a lot because there is less chance of crisis and stress in a few relationships than with a lot.
